These Gentle Yoga Classes are perfect for both beginners and experienced Yogis as I offer variations throughout. I aim to create a space where you’ll feel supported and encouraged to find the best You.
We’ll settle, breathe, move and stretch before savouring deep relaxation, then head out in to the world with a kind heart.
